The Spa & Wellness area at Schloss Lieser is a sanctuary tucked away from the bustle of modern life which can fulfil any of your desires. An oasis of relaxing activities awaits you. You will be able to enjoy our indoor swimming pool, several saunas and a steam bath. Book a personalized beauty treatment or massage and lie down afterwards in one of our relaxing rooms. Our fitness area is the perfect place to work out and benefit from a personal workout.
Pool
The Spa & Wellness area at Schloss Lieser is a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. While you swim your laps in the 12-metre pool, you have a clear view to the castle park. The spa area, as well as the massage area, is located on the ground floor of the castle.
Infrared cabin
With its typical cabin temperature of 40 – 60 degrees Celsius (°C), i.e. considerably less than a classic Finnish sauna with temperatures ranging from 80 °C to 90°C and more, the infrared sauna offers beneficial heat that provides relief from various complaints. The effect of infrared heat has been proven to be beneficial for aching joints, back pain, tension and sore muscles among other things.
Gym
In our gym you can exercise according to your personal training plan. In addition to Technogym cross trainers and treadmills, you can also use a spinning bike, various dumbbells or kettle balls. Of course, towels and fresh water are provided for you. The gym is open 24/7.
Sauna
In addition to a 12-metre indoor pool with a water depth of 1.20 m to 1.35 m, you will find a waterfall, three saunas (65° / 75° / 85° degrees), a steam sauna (45° degrees), an infrared cabin, various relaxation areas, showers and changing rooms
