Feel the immediate benefits from our 30- or 45-minute meditation classes in our beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces at Schloss Lieser. Come relax, release tension in the mind and take a moment to breathe and soak in stunning Moselle views. On arrival, during your stay and on departure we offer meditation sessions in our indoor chapel. Ask for information at reception.

YOGA

At Schloss Lieser, we care about your well-being. Whether you have done yoga before or are a newbie, let us show you how yoga can improve your body, mind and soul. Practicing yoga will boost circulation, improves flexibility and strength during the respiration process. Our goal is to be a place where you can discover your own greatest potential. GUIDED TOUR

The Moselle region has a lot for you to discover. Participate in a guided tour through Schloss Lieser’s vineyards and visit the local wineries. Visit Germany’s oldest city, Trier or the famous “Deutsches Eck” in Koblenz. Get active with mountain biking tours, river cruises, or speed boat trips. Ride on a horse-drawn carriage or participate in one of the classic car tours.
