Join us for a 4 day Yoga & Meditation retreat: The Persuit of Happiness with Steffi Baltz
“I truly believe the purpose of life is to be happy. Learn to let go, it is the key to happiness ” (Dalai Lama). In this retreat you can explore what makes you happy. With heart-opening meditation exercises and gentle Hatha Yoga exercises, you practice letting go and learn to cultivate happiness, joy and contentment in the present moment.
Very often you get to a point in your life where you react with resistance to difficult, unpleasant and painful situations. What can help you to deal better with such situations? “Let go and accept!” is a very common answer, but it is easier said than done. In this retreat you will learn to actively and consciously let go using the asana practice, guided meditations and deep relaxation exercises.
