For wine connoisseurs, we have an extensive and select range of local, national and international wines in our impressive wine cellar in the basement of the castle. Take a look at the restaurants’ wine list and decide for yourself which is your personal favourite. Our tip! Wine tasting on Thursday (05:00pm), Friday (06:00pm) and Saturday (05:00pm). Experience the atmosphere in person during our wine tastings. A local winemaker will take you on a journey through the Moselle region. Accompanied by local snacks prepared in our castle kitchen, you can learn a lot about Moselle wine and start the evening in an atmospheric way.
